• HealthSurvey: Collects key personal health information (PHI) and stores it in your HMS record. This information then feeds the other HealthJibe health assessment tools.
• BodyWeightRisk: Analyzes personal health information (PHI) stored in your HMS record to estimate your body mass index (BMI) and determine if your body weight is healthy.
• DiabetesRisk: Analyzes personal health information (PHI) stored in health management services (HMS) to determine the user's risk for developing diabetes.
• MetabolicRisk: Analyzes personal health information (PHI) stored in health management services (HMS) to determine whether or not metabolic syndrome is present.
